A lunch full of colour and flavours.
This journey wouldn’t be complete without the fun of some Brezilian culinary delights. Linked to the history of this country, Brazilian food is most certainly influenced by the colonisation by the Portugese with a touch of native African. Luc Talon, the Chef, was fortunate to have spent several years in the country, bringing home with him many ideas. Some of these ideas you will find in the Brazilian Buffet, where you will discover even more flavours such as baked bananas or the traditional national dish of Feijoada – or bean feast. Another way of discovering the customs and traditions of this facinating country.
